I’m a UX/UI designer and manager with over 20 years of experience in various industries and design fields skilled in UX/UI patterns and methodologies, design frameworks, information design, research, visual design, and accessibility. I also have experience in design management, mentoring, career development, and agile product development processes.
Creating intuitive and intelligent experiences for users is requisite to success in any industry whether it’s consumer-facing or internal enterprise applications. User experience design, when fueled with relevant user data, can often drive a multitude of business objectives such as (but not limited to) increased revenue, better user engagement, greater efficiencies, and decreased worker fatigue.
I believe that user experience design is much more than designing interactions and beautiful interfaces. It requires a strategic and holistic approach to design that not only solves the immediate problem but more importantly, addresses the complete experience while keeping clear business objectives in mind and providing the user with a delightful experience.
I possess a sharp eye for detail, while also being able to keep track of the bigger picture. I have strong interpersonal skills and have worked with a wide variety of people in different roles. I pride myself on really being able to understand my team’s skillsets to get the best out of everyone that I work with.
My Goals
